When you select item from our store the following
shipping options are available:

Free delivery to your door – (up to 3 Business Days)

Pick up from the studio – free of charge (please check with us availability)

Worldwide Shipping (10-14 Business Days) – 22$

*We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your MIOMAY purchase, you may return the item up to 14 days from the purchase date for store credit only (Shipping cost will not be refund). This does NOT apply to any customized, personalized or engraved pieces, as those cannot be returned. Please email us at info@miomay.com to inform us of the return, as well as the reason for your return.

NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS!

Refund will be available within 48 hours from receiving the jewelery and with deduction of 5%.
All you have to do is send us the package within 48 Hours of receiving it.
As soon as the returns are received at our Studio, you will be refunded within 10 Business Days.

Warranties

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from MIOMAY Jewelry. If an item arrives defective, MIOMAY Jewelry will repair the item within (30) days of your purchase at no additional cost.
